About Me

My name is Michael James Chowns. I am a Father to Jameson and Husband of Monica. I am a follower of Christ who, unfortunately, gets his priorities wrong. I live and work as the Sous Chef at a Christian youth resort called Muskoka Woods. My favourite things are food, tv, Starbucks, technology and social media. This blog is an attempt to be smart and funny, to connect with people in more than 140 characters and to make people think that I am awesomer than I am. Yes, I know “awesomer” isn’t a word.
