Wellness Action Plan
Monica and I have decided to do a sort-of detox plan. It’s really to be healthier and to give our brains and bodies a break from the crap that we usually put in them. Wholeliving.com has the entire plan if you’re interested in participating. Otherwise, you can be a spectator from here.
Here’s an idea of what week 1 and 2 will look like:
“During Weeks 1 and 2, you’ll purify your mind and body with a diet free of processed foods and common allergens; a fitness plan designed to strengthen, tone, and detoxify; and lifestyle practices that will free up your schedule and help clear your head. In Weeks 3 and 4, you’ll fortify your new healthy foundation by ramping up your fitness, making smarter nutrition choices, and identifying new life and professional goals for the year ahead.”
